For at least the first five years and free of charge we take care of updates for your touchscreens on new features, performance and security.
After manufacturing, each touchscreen undergoes a 24-hour test on 200 different aspects. This method results in an exceptionally low failure rate of 0.375%.
During the warranty period (5, 7 of 8 years), all components and labour costs are covered. Prowise will provide on-site service in Benelux, Germany and the UK.
